MANGA!

Hello and welcome again to my blog! ^ ^

I've been working on my next Manga project, as many of you already know, and I took some pictures to show you a bit of that progress.

.

This is my desk. Yup, that's right. Pretty tight and not

too comfortable to work with. But I get the job done! ^ ^

.

This is what I call the "Outline Process", where I make

quick drawings just to see how the whole story fits

per volume/per page/per square.

.

This here is chapter 5 part 2. I preffer to complete the

whole thing first before I start selling Manga volumes.

This little dude has helped me before. Some poses
are just a bit difficult to make. Well, not anymore, LOL!

This is the story's main character, DELMARO,

on her 2nd costume.

But here comes the sad part. As you can see, my workplace is not what I can call an office. I really want to become a Mangaka, but under these circumstances... I'm not sure. See the following pics.

This is my 3 1/2 X 5 inches Wacom Tablet. Or what's left of it.

.

The pen tip is broken, very difficult to grab

AND draw with it. Sometimes it confuses the

tip with the back and erases instead of inking. -_-'

.

The USB cable is also broken, so I had to put it together

with tape and each time I want (well, HAVE) to use it,

I have to twirl the cable in all the ways you can imagine

until, like 10 minutes later, it comes to life.

.

My Laptop is outdated and also breaking out slowly

each passing day. It heats up easily, so I bought a

fan to place beneath it. It's that gray platform you

can see... but take a wild guess: It's broken!

.

So, I had to use a provisional small fan so that I can

continue working on my projects. And that's my

current status as of now. ^ ^'

.

I'm jobless, my wife is jobless, and we have a 5 years old kid in school. I have no money at all to fix my car, to pay the bills, and other things we need to get to survive. Thankfully, my mother in law is kind enough to pay my bills until we find a job and establish ourselves. Also, I thank God because He's been protecting me all along in my times of need.

.

Now I'm gonna ask you for your help. You know I want to be a Manga artist. I want to publish my books. But I won't be able to under these circumstances. I need new equipment and a new, bigger desk to work on. I understand that everybody is going thru a difficult time, but for those who can, I'm asking you for your donation. Anything at all is highly appreciated!

I need a new Laptop, a bigger Wacom Tablet and a decent desk.

.

With these, I can work on my Manga projects and establish myself with a job of my own.

MY PLAY! ^ ^

...Well, not exactly 'mine' LOL!

Hello, everyone! Welcome back to my blog!

Last night I was witnessing how a few youngsters were practicing their acting for the next Church Play, which I'll be involved.

My part is a father, whose wife and only son were taken in the rapt... but I was left behind!!! How terrible is that!!! ...Luckily for me, it's just a play! ^ ^

MANGAKA, HUH!?

Hello again!

Boy, am I happy to be around again!

I'm sorry for my delay, but I was attending some personal issues that, they're still around, but I can't put my blog aside! Na-ah! ^ ^

I've been reading my sad, little recent posts and I figured that I needed more updates more often. And because this blog was made so to focus on my Manga projects, I'll be updating you more about Manga rather than whatever I did elsewhere, like working on my house and stuff alike.

On Saturday, April 24, 2010 there's gonna be a huge ComiCon in Puerto Rico at the San Juan Convention Center. My big plan? Sell chapter #1 of the Manga I'm cooking right now. Yes, even as I type this very words here I'm working on a new Manga, since CosplaYard was a mere test so to try the ads and some other things I needed to consider.

I just can't tell you more about this new project just yet, but April is really closer than you can imagine, and I'm starting to wonder if I'll have time enough to get it ready and advertise before my little time runs out! ^ ^

I'm very nervous right now, just imagining the hype is enough to get me like this! I really, really, really hope you all like my Manga, I'm doing it with a lot of love, from me to you, so PLEEEEEASE give it a try! I hope it meets your expectations.
